Chris Pepin is the founder of Progressive Reliability, a manufacturing talent & consulting firm. Prior to ProReli, he served as the Founder & Managing Partner at Magnanimous Consulting, where he built & stabilized teams for mid to late stage venture backed data & analytics software copmanies. Chris initially acquired his passion for talent & consulting as the Lead business developer for The HCI Group, a healthcare company he helped place as #3 on the INC5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S.
Chris graduated from Florida State University in 2004 with a BS in Business Administration, with a focus on Entrepreneurship. He serves as a College of Business mentor at his alma mater, and also mentors youth through his involvement in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Progressive Reliability is a proud supporter of K9s for Warriors and Operation New Uniform.
Cassi has vast experience in Maintenance & Reliability with a focus on industrial and manufacturing. Cassi specializes in all positions from Skilled Craft Trade to Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Production Supervisors, and Manufacturing Engineers, including direct-hire, contract, temporary and contract-to-hire.
After earning her bachelor's degree in business management from Clemson University, Cassi has continued her passion for helping people through various roles in HR management and recruiting. At ProReli, she is responsible for client and account management, recruiting and sales.
Timothy Goshert has 40+ years of experience working in processing industries. He has extensive experience in plant operations management, project engineering, construction management, and maintenance & reliability management. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and earned his Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) in 2001.
In 2012, Tim retired from Cargill, Inc., one of the world’s largest food and agricultural processing companies with over 1,200 processing facilities globally. During his tenure with Cargill, Tim was involved in and led their reliability improvement processes for 20 years. In his Worldwide Reliability and Maintenance Manager role, Tim was responsible for the company’s reliability and maintenance initiatives and served as chairman of the company’s Reliability & Maintenance Steering Committee. The steering committee members educated Cargill’s business units in the company’s reliability and maintenance vision, strategies, and tactics.
Tim joined Allied Reliability Group in 2012 as Principal. In this role, he is responsible for strategic customer account satisfaction and business development in the various industry verticals that Allied Reliability served.
In 2019, Tim formed TLG Consulting LLC to work on continued projects with customers. He concentrates on Asset Management & Reliability improvement strategy development, implementation planning and training activities.
Tim is a member of SMRP and has served on its Board of Directors for many years. He also served as SMRP Chairman (2008) and SMRPCO Chairman (2005). Tim has represented SMRP on the establishment of Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) and has served on the executive committee for 5 years as Vice Chair and Treasurer.
Tim has been a participant and presenter in various industry conferences. He has also been a contributing author in various industry magazines.
Tim resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his wife, Anne. He is an avid baseball fan, enjoys traveling and reading in his leisure time.
Doug Plucknette has worked in the field of Maintenance and Reliability for 39 years. As the founder of RCM Blitz™ and Reliability Solutions Inc., he has provided reliability training and services to numerous companies around the world, large and small, including such Fortune 500 companies as Cargill, Kraft, Cooper Tire, DC Water, Whirlpool, Honda, Coors Brewing, Energizer, Corning, Spirit Aero Systems, and Newmont Mining.
Doug has made key contributions to standard reliability measures for manufacturing and reliability training programs for engineers, managers, technicians, and skilled trades. He has trained numerous client RCM Facilitators and performed RCM analyses on hundreds of pieces of manufacturing equipment.
Prior to his work as a consultant, Doug worked 19 years at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY in positions as a skilled tradesperson, lead person, Maintenance Supervisor, and Reliability Engineer. He holds a certificate in Reliability Engineering, and Maintenance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Working around the world as a Consultant, Doug has authored over 60 Published Articles, Two Books (Reliability Centered Maintenance Using RCM Blitz™ & Clean, Green and Reliable) has been a Featured Speaker at numerous industry conferences and was the Key Note Speaker at Reliability Asset World in 2014 and IMC 2017. Doug has lived his entire life in Spencerport, NY. He and his wife have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
